VISTO:
Las Leyes N° 2.148, 2.992, los Decretos N° 422/14, 442/11, y el Expediente N° EX-
2015-26765559- -MGEYA-DGTYTRA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que a través de la Ley N° 2.992, se implementó el Sistema denominado METROBUS
DE BUENOS AIRES, complementa el Código de Tránsito y Transporte, aprobado por
la Ley N° 2.148;
Que por medio del Decreto N° 498/08, se designó a la Subsecretaría de Transporte,
dependiente de la Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros, como Autoridad de Aplicación del
citado Código;
Que a la Subsecretaría de Transporte, conforme las facultades otorgadas por los
Decretos N° 422/14 y N° 442/14 le corresponde instrumentar políticas, planes y
proyectos de ordenamiento y mejora del sistema de transporte de pasajeros, entender
en la formulación de políticas, regulaciones y planes de transporte urbano
concernientes al ámbito de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires y entender en la
implementación del PLAN DE TRANSPORTE MASIVO DE BUSES RÁPIDOS (TMBR);
Que mediante la Resolución N° RESOL-2015-780-SSTRANS se implementó el
corredor Metrobus AU 25 de Mayo, el que funciona sobre un carril exclusivo y
reversible en la franja central de las Autopistas 25 de MAYO - PERITO MORENO
entre el peaje Avellaneda (en Autopista Perito Moreno) y las inmediaciones de calle
Solís (en Autopista 25 de Mayo);
Que el corredor METROBUS AU 25 DE MAYO es para circulación exclusiva de las
líneas de Transporte Automotor de Pasajeros Urbano e Interurbano de corta, media y
larga distancia y de los vehículos de Oferta Libre y/o Turismo (Combis) debidamente
autorizados.
Que atento a lo expuesto, resulta oportuno incorporar el recorrido de dos líneas de
autotransporte público de pasajeros;
Por ello, conforme a las facultades otorgadas por el Decreto N° 422/14 y su
rectificatorio y en virtud de lo establecido en el Decreto N° 498/08,
Artículo 1°.- Autorícese el ingreso al Metrobus AU 25 de Mayo a las líneas de
Autotransporte Público de Pasajeros 86 y 96, conforme el siguiente recorrido,
complementando lo establecido en la Resolución 2015-780-SSTRANS:

Conforme lo establecido en la Resolución N° 2649 de fecha 6 de diciembre de 2.004
de la COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE REGULACIÓN DEL TRANSPORTE organismo
descentralizado de la SECRETARÍA DE TRANSPORTE del MINISTERIO DE
PLANIFICACIÓN FEDERAL, INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA Y SERVICIOS y por la Resolución
N° 12 de fecha 9 de abril de 2007 de la SUBSECRETARÍA DE TRANSPORTE Y
TRÁNSITO DEL GOBIERNO DE LA CIUDAD DE BUENOS AIRES, el recorrido
consignado precedentemente en los tramos que a continuación se detallan, se
efectuará a título experimental y con carácter evaluativo:

Artículo 2°.- Regístrese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires,
comuníquese a la Subsecretaría de Transporte y remítase a la Dirección General de
Tránsito y Transporte quien procederá a comunicar esta Resolución a la Comisión
Nacional de Regulación del Transporte (CNRT), a las cámaras y empresas de
transporte público de pasajeros Líneas 96 y 86, a la Policía Federal Argentina, al Ente
de Mantenimiento Urbano Integral y a las Direcciones Generales de Planificación de la
Movilidad, de Seguridad Vial y del Cuerpo de Agentes de Control del Tránsito y el
