Síntesis:
ESTABLECER MEDIDAS GENERALES DE PREVENCION RESPECTO DE LA COVID-19 QUE SE APLICARAN EN TODO EL PAIS, Y DISPOSICIONES LOCALES Y FOCALIZADAS DE CONTENCION DE CONTAGIOS. ASIMISMO, TIENE COMO OBJETO FACULTAR A GOBERNADORES Y GOBERNADORAS DE PROVINCIAS, AL JEFE DE GOBIERNO DE LA CIUDAD AUTONOMA DE BUENOS AIRES Y AL JEFE DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS, SEGUN EL CASO, A ADOPTAR DETERMINADAS MEDIDAS ANTE LA VERIFICACION DE DETERMINADOS PARAMETROS EPIDEMIOLOGICOS, CON EL FIN DE MITIGAR LA PROPAGACION DEL VIRUS SARS-COV-2 PARA PREVENIR Y CONTENER SU IMPACTO SANITARIO.

<p>Art. 1 del Decreto Nacional 381/21 prorroga el Decreto Nacional 287/21, el plazo establecido en su artículo 30, así como sus normas complementarias, prorrogados por el artículo 1° del Decreto 334/21, hasta el día 25 de junio de 2021, inclusive.</p>
MODIFICADA POR
<p>Art. 1 del DNYU Nacional 334/21 prorroga el DNYU Nacional 287/21 y el plazo establecido en su artículo 30, así como sus normas complementarias, hasta el día 11 de junio de 2021 inclusive.<br /><br />Art. 2 sustituye el primer párrafo del inciso 4) del Art. 3.</p>
