Artículo 1° - Ratifícase el Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia N° 1-GCBA/05.
Artículo 2° - Publíquese y cúmplase con lo previsto por los arts. 89 y 90 de la Constitución de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y lo dispuesto por el art. 2° in fine, de la Ley N° 15.
